Can you send me a letter of invitation?

The letter of invite application can be found here, please complete the application and the letter will be emailed directly to you.  Please be sure to enter the information correctly as we cannot make changes on our end.  You will only receive the email version and you can create your own PDF or print it out. 


Do I need to register for the conference prior to getting my letter of invite and/or visa?

No, you can register for the conference once you have secured your visa.  Should you register for the conference prior to obtaining the necessary documentation required to support your travel we WILL NOT issue a registration refund.


How can I pay for my registration?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for credit card payments.

  • We only accept invoice/Cheques from Canada and the US.
  • All registrations outside of Canada or the US are required to pay at the time of registration
  • Please note that your credit card statement will note a payment to “ConventionALL Management Inc” our event management company that is handing all registrations and planning aspects of our conference.

Do speakers/presenters receive discounted conference registration?

No, we are unable to provide discounted registration to speakers/presenters that have agreed to present at the conference.


Is there financial assistance available to attend the conference?

Scholarship information will be available shortly.  There are limited fund earmarked for scholarships to assist with the financial aspect of attending this conference.


I’ve submitted an abstract to speak at the conference when will I receive notification of acceptance?

  • If you applied prior to the end of June deadline you will hear back by the end of September
  • If you applied or plan to apply after the early bird deadline (but prior to November 1) you will hear back in January 2020 on your acceptance.
