Letter of Invitation

You can access letter of invitation here.  Complete the application and the letter will be emailed directly to you. Be sure to enter the information correctly as we cannot make changes on our end. You will only receive the email version and you can create your own PDF or print it out. 

Do I need to register before I receive an invitation letter or visa?

No, you can register for the conference once you've secured your visa. Should you register for the conference prior to obtaining the necessary documentation required to support your travel we WILL NOT issue a registration refund.

How can I pay for my registration?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for credit card payments. We only accept invoices/cheques from Canada and the US.

  • All registrations outside of Canada or the US are required to pay at the time of registration.
  • Please note  your credit card statement will note payment to “ConventionALL Management Inc” the event mgmt. company handing registration and planning aspects of our conference.

Do speakers/presenters receive discounted conference registration?

No, we are unable to provide discounted registration to speakers/presenters that have agreed to present at the conference.

When will I receive notification that my abstract was accepted?

The program committee is working to ensure everyone is notified of abstract acceptance by Jan. 31, 2020.
